Team News

Dan Myers has returned to Spennymoor following the end of his loan spell. A decision on who will take the number 1 shirt will again be made on Saturday.

What We're Saying

After our draw with Ilkeston Town, Michael Connor said: "Matty Bancroft has made two good saves, Hooper's chance to make it 2-0 in the first half and Holvey has had two great chances and that one at the end the keeper has made a wonder save.

"And you're just thinking, let the ball go in, let's get a result here, and it's just not carrying any luck here, but the goal we've conceded is very scruffy."

Opposition

Our opposition on Saturday occupies the first spot of the relegation places as they sit 19th in the league table.

Bamber most recently were held to a 2-2 draw at Craik Park as, Spartans loanee, Sam Hodgson scored the equilsier for Morpeth Town to deny Bamber all three points.

What They're Saying

After a 2-2 draw with the Highwaymen, Jamie Milligan said: "Overall, I thought we should've won.

"I know the astro helps with the way we want to play. I thought we created chances, and some of the football we played was a joy to watch at times, and considering we came here with only two subs and 10 injuries, I thought the lads were absolutely excellent today."

Last Time We Met

Earlier in the season, the sides met in a 1-1 draw at Croft Park as Adam Dodd gave the visitors a 1-0 lead after 30 minutes, before he was sent off in the 75th minute.

Joe Oliver then capitalised against 10-men Bamber and scored the equaliser in the 80th minute.
