Adam Richardson trained this week and is in line to return, meanwhile, Connor Pani is suspended after last week's postponement.
What We're Saying
After a 2-2 draw on Tuesday evening, Michael Connor said: “It was naivety a little bit, losing a couple of key players, Adam in goal in the first half, Joe at right back.
"Tom has just summed it up in the changing room as we are super proud of the lads because we're now disappointed in not winning games and everybody can see the vast improvement."
Opposition
Prescot Cables currently sit 13th in the NPL Premier Division with 23 points, having played 19 league matches so far.
Their last league outing was on November 23 when they faced Basford United in a 1-1 draw. They have played once since then in the Liverpool County FA Senior Cup Second Round defeating Pilkington, 4-1.
Last Time We Met
The sides met in September at the IP Truck Parts Stadium where Francis Smith's 94th-minute winner denied the Spartans a point on the road.
