Blyth Spartans v Eastwood Town Programme Preview
Friday, 16 November 2012
Both of last season's relegated Conference North sides face off this weekend - as Blyth welcome Eastwood Town to Croft Park.
And while Spartans sit comfortably in mid-table, Eastwood are rooted to the bottom of the Evo-Stik League Northern Premier with just 10 points from 17 games.
Spartans have not lost in their last four meetings with the Badgers and Paddy Atkinson will be hoping his side can extend this run further, in his first league game as the permanent manager of Blyth.
Ahead of Saturday's 3pm kick-off, be sure to pick up an official matchday programme to keep up-to-date with everything Spartans.
Along with match action from Worksop, Grantham and our home fixture with Stafford Rangers, Atkinson looks back at those results and also reflects on Tuesday night's 0-0 Senior Cup draw with Whitley Bay.
Ian Evans' and Malcolm Stephenson's columns return - as well as the regular spotlight on Blyth Spartans Juniors -and there is also a look back to our last meeting with Eastwood.
The programme costs £2 and will be available prior to kick-off at both turnstiles, as well as inside the Social Club and the Club Shop.
If you can't make the game, or indeed any other home fixture, you can order one - in advance of the game - from the Supporters' Club (however, please be aware that stocks are limited.)
