TEAM NEWS

After last week's boggy state of a pitch down at Stafford, Spartans will be looking to get back to a better conditioned pitch as they return to Croft Park to host Buxton. The away side beat Blyth back in November and will be looking to attempt the league double. Buxton are currently on a nine consecutive defeat run, including a difficult fixture set for February, previously losing to AFC Fylde, Skelmersdale and Worksop Town.

Despite conceding a late equaliser at Stafford, the game saw the vital return of Ash Davis to the Spartans squad. Ash has been on the injury list close to 3 months. Clearly he will need to get match fit once before becoming a vital piece in Tom's squad again. With this news, it seems that Tom and Colin will have a full squad to choose from for tomorrow's tie.

IN THE AWAY DUG OUT

Martin McIntosh - Ex Hamilton, Stockport, Rotherham and Huddersfield player, been in charge of Buxton since February 2012.

DANGER MAN

Lee Morris - Only real glimmer of scoring during Buxton's poor run.
