Conor Pani returns to Gateshead

Blyth Spartans can confirm that midfielder Connor Pani has returned to parent club Gateshead after his loan contract ended.

Despite a number of comings and goings in the first-team squad this season, Pani showed his quality, emerging as a key player under three different managers this campaign.

Operating in defence and midfield, he made 20 appearances in all competitions for Blyth this season, scoring 3 times.

The club would like to place on record it's thanks to Connor for his efforts this season, and wish him well for the future.
