Cornforth leaves the club

Blyth Spartans can announce that coach John Cornforth has decided to leave the club.
Manager Tom Wade said: "John has been excellent and will be a massive miss. He wants to get back in to the professional game and everyone at Blyth hopes he achieves that ambition. He has been brilliant with the players but feels it is now time to move on and we respect that.
"This means that there is now an opportunity for a quality coach, or player/coach, to come in and work alongside me and to take the club forward."
