Duo depart Spartans

Blyth Spartans can confirm that Marcello Benedetti and Ryan Donaldson have departed the club.

They both arrived at Spartans this summer; Donaldson joined after three years at Morpeth Town and Benedetti from Whitley Bay.

Ryan made 13 appearances for the Spartans across the NPL Premier Division, Isuzu FA Trophy, Emirates FA Cup and Northumberland Senior Cup, whilst Marcello featured four times for Blyth in the NPL Premier Division and Emirates FA Cup.

The club wishes Ryan and Marcello well in the next stage of their careers.
