Duo leaves Spartans

Blyth Spartans can confirm that Isiah Cornet and Joseph Abrahart have departed the club.

Cornet and Abrahart arrived at Spartans this summer; Cornet joined after five years at Middlesborough and Abrahart from South Shields International Academy.

Isiah made ten appearances for the Spartans across the NPL Premier Division, Isuzu FA Trophy and Northumberland Senior Cup. At the same time, Joseph featured seven times in the NPL Premier Division, Emirates FA Cup and Northumberland Senior Cup.

The club thanks Isiah and Joseph for their efforts and wishes them well in the next stage of their careers.
