FA Cup | Spartans drawn away to Marske United

Blyth Spartans have been drawn to away to Marske United in the FA Cup Third Round Qualifying.

Michael Nelson's men beat Whitley Bay 4-2 on Saturday to put their name in the hat for this afternoon's draw.

Marske, meanwhile, progressed via an empathic 6-0 win against Northern League Division One side Consett.

The two clubs last met in November 2018, where Spartans ran out 4-1 winners in the FA Trophy tie.

The tie will take place on Tuesday, October 13 with kick-off time to be confirmed in due course.

Before then, Spartans travel to Gusieley for their National League North opener tomorrow before hosting AFC Telford United on Saturday.
