Kiwi Spartan

The final game of the season against Burscough, also marked the last Blyth match for longtime SpartansFan Mick Scott before he emigrates to New Zealand in June.

Mick, who wrote the "and then the corner flag fell down" book detailing his Spartans life, has followed the Spartans up and down the country for years and his famous 'lobster song' is a must for any away game. To mark his final game, he was presented with a Spartans away shirt and a lobster signed by current Spartans' manager Harry Dunn.

All the best Mick!
