TEAM NEWS
A strong 4-0 away win at Hyde United on Monday saw Spartans officially secure themselves a spot in the play offs for the 2015/16 season. With four games remaining, three which are at Croft Park, a total of 105 points is possible for the Green Army and Tom Wade. With Darlington 1883 the only realistic challengers required to play six games in 14 days, all eyes watch their ties as they come in thick and fast, due to a tally of postponements. But we can only concentrate on getting three points from each game we play.
Dan Maguire will be missing on Saturday as the final game of his suspension. Matty Wade is a slight doubt and Robbie Dale picked up a minor knock on Monday.
United are currently 15th in the table, hovering ten points above the drop. They are realistically safe with a couple more points in the bag, which they will be hoping to steal from us on Saturday.
Sean Reid now has four goals already in April, only playing the two games to date, both of which were on the road. He will be hoping to bring this form back to Croft Park on Saturday. He is now on 13 league goals for the season.
IN THE AWAY DUG OUT
Tommy Lawson - Been in charge of the club since June 2006.
DANGER MAN
Chris Almond - Scored twice in a recent 3-3 tie with Barwell, both goals coming from the penalty spot.
