Team News

Toby Lees is definitely ruled after suffering a fractured cheekbone last weekend. There'll be checks over a number of players who featured in Saturday's match.

Opposition

Scarborough Athletic, who are a newly promoted side, currently sit in sixth place in the league with eight points, having won two and drawn two of their first five games.

There last match was a 1-1 draw at home to Boston United, with Lewis Maloney getting on the scoresheet for the hosts.

What We're Saying

Speaking after Saturday's win, Fenton said, "Obviously with 10 minutes to go and you're 1-0 down you'd settle for a point, but I'm delighted with the determination and resilience of the group."

Looking ahead to Monday he added, "We'll just have to assess them, there's a couple of little niggles in there but hopefully we'll be alright to field a strong 16 whoever is starting and whoever is on the bench."

What They're Saying

Following their 1-1 draw against Boston, manager Johnathan Greening said: "I thought the boys showed real character and real desire and didn't get bullied.

We're down to bare bones really. We'll have a depleted squad (for Monday), I've just said to the boys that they've just got to show the character they showed today. I might have to play players out of position but I know for a fact that they'll give their all on Monday."

Last Time We Met

This will be the first meeting between the two sides, as they have never played each other in a competitive match before.

Spartans did however enjoy success the last time they played the original Scarborough FC back in Conference North, running out 1-0 winners on New Years Day 2007.
