Blyth Spartans are welcoming applications from ambitious and keen candidates of all ages for the vacant Assistant Manager role at the club. Team Manager Tom Wade is in the process of putting together plans to allow the team to improve on this season's performance in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League and the Assistant Manager role is seen as central to those plans. The club are looking for someone to work alongside Wade during training sessions and on matchdays helping prepare the side for a challenging campaign next season.

Speaking about the vacancy Wade said "The position is an excellent opportunity for a quality coach, or player/coach, to come in and work alongside me and to take the club forward. Blyth Spartans is one of the most famous non league clubs around and we want an ambitious coach to come in an assist me to give the club and most importantly the supporters the team it deserves."
