Minutes of the Blyth Spartans Supporters Club Committee meeting held on 10/09/11

Present: Bobby Bell, David Wall, Brian Davison, Brian Bell, Deborah Wall, Gillian Wall, Neil Welch, Anthony Seghini, Steve Frake, David Charlton

Apologies: Chris Doyle, Glen Maxwell, Andrew Westgarth

Matters Arising: None

Correspondence:

 The usual bills and requests.

Shop/kit:

 Hats to be ordered

 Checking on supply of teddy bears

 Internet shop sales slow, credit cards can now be used on the website

 Stock needed for market

Treasurer:

 Bank balance healthy

Programme:

 Going well, we are currently collecting money from adverts.

AOB:

 Discussion regarding email about clearing the ground up after home games

 Electrics in club shop discussed, along with the state of the roof

 Bills to pay for water rates etc...

 Various donations of kit have been made to the club

 An appeal for support for the rock nights held in the social club
