Correspondence:

Thank you letter received from Macmillan Cancer Care for framed shirt donation. The shirt raised £180 at the auction

Various bills have been received and actioned

Shop:

Various stock items have been received, we are still awaiting delivery of quite a bit of stock

New items are to be sourced, priced and purchased

Retail unit looks like it will go ahead in the next month to two months - AS to comply list of requirements

New online shop to be sourced (MH)

Programme:

Quality of the match day programme remains very high

Treasurer's Report:

Very healthy even after all outstanding bills have been paid

Proposal put forward to the Football Club, this is yet to be actioned ... offer to remain in place for foreseeable future

Any Other Business:

New website was discussed and it was agreed that it looked good

BB to look into buying 'dongle' to allow the club shop to be hooked up to the internet
