TEAM NEWS
After Christmas Spartans will be looking to shread those few pounds and start pilling on the points over what is to be a busy festive season of games. We are away to Whitby on Boxing Day and will be hoping to get one over the team who we've had some crackers with of recent times. On form striker and only fit striker Dan Maguire will be hoping he can contiunue his smashing form for Blyth alongside Captain Robbie Dale who has been producing his magical tricks once again down the left wing.
After only playing on Saturday, a couple of players may still be carrying knocks from a tough tackling Stamford fixture so Tom Wade and Colin Myers will be having to choose their team wisely.
