If you accept the quotation and become a customer this information is held in-house and is stored in a spreadsheet. We use password protection and limit the number of people who have access to it. We keep your data for up to three years.

If you do not become a customer we keep your data for up to one year; in case you would like to go ahead with the work at a later date.

Technical information is collected, stored and reported to us using Google Analytics.

Customer requests
